All the pictures are great. I was struck by those:
Quite a different view of the reality of war than that pictured in most movies. Imagine being under the threat of IEDs, suicide bombers and rogue soldiers 24/7, being forced to carry your gun with you for lunch, knowing you might be attacked at any time... The fate of the afghan population is terrible as well, stuck between fundamentalists and corrupt politicians.
