We're working on a cool product with an active community: our users love our product, it's moving forward very fast, you can do nice things with it in minutes and plenty of peope are working on it. Try it out and see for yourself!
Our team is awesome: we're now close to 30 people working from France, Romania and Sri-Lanka. We're both highly professional and fun-loving. Working with us you'll have the opportunity to learn new things, you'll get challenged and hopefully you'll teach us new stuff!

The Open-Source mindset means you'll be judged on your skills only: there will be no free pass. You'll be considered only based on your achievements, not your looks or your style. For instance I was voted a product manager. I didn't earn the position on paper, I had to prove myself first.

But there's also some important things you need to know before you apply:

Do not apply if you're looking for strict guidelines and detailed guidance: we're looking for self-motivated, highly independant co-workers. You need to be able to define your job and own it. We want you to become the CEO of your job.
Do not apply if you won't be mischievous: we want you to try out stuff until you figure things out for yourself.
Do not apply if you don't have a solid sense of fun: accepting fish food and M&Ms on your beloved MacBook with a smile takes some strength ;-)
Do not apply if you don't like playing pool: ...or get ready to get crushed with a smile
