I went to Pier 39 yesterday evening and watched a couple young sea lions fighting.
Not sure how it's called but I like it :-) Kind of a modern-day extended pyramid...

I saw a guitar that purportedly belonged to Nirvana while eating at the Pier 39 Hard Rock Café with @ldubost - there was Sting's electronic keyboard too by the way.
I'll be leaving San Francisco before Apple annouces its new iPhone but I was still able to catch this pic of Moscone West were the conference will be held and announcements made:
